***Ear piercings available for ages 4 & up***

All body piercings for minors must meet Texas requirements for identification, which include the following:

- Parent/Guardian must be present in the room at the time of the ear piercing.

- Parent/Guardian must have a valid photo ID (Guardian must have proof of legal guardianship).

- Minor child must have identification; examples include state ID, military ID, school ID, yearbook, or another photo with name identification.

- The BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the minor child must be present, in hand; no copies can be accepted.
