                              ***Ear piercings available for ages 4 & up*** 

All piercings for minors must meet Texas requirements for identification to include the following:

• Parent/Guardian must be present in the room at the time of the piercing 
• Parent/Guardian must have a valid photo ID 

                  (Guardian must have proof of legal guardianship)

• Minor child must have identification; examples: state ID, military ID, school ID, yearbook, or other photo with name identification
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the minor child must be present, in hand; no copies can be accepted
