Cameron Jones

Cameron Jones, owner and tattoo artist at Old Souls Ink, is a North Texas native whose life reflects discipline, creativity, and service. His passion for art began early and was further shaped at Texas Tech University, where he studied architecture. That foundation in structure and design still influences his work today—each tattoo thoughtfully planned, intentional, and built to last.

Cameron’s path took a defining turn during his service in the United States Air Force. While deployed, he was introduced to tattooing as more than art—it became a form of storytelling, remembrance, and healing. Being tattooed by artists around the world and learning from them firsthand sparked what would become his calling, while military service instilled a deep respect for both the craft and the people it serves.

After leaving the military as a Disabled Veteran, Cameron spent over a decade as a Product Support Engineer with Lockheed Martin. Though successful, he felt called to something more. In faith, he stepped away from corporate life to pursue tattooing full time—turning passion into purpose.

Cameron specializes in custom, collaborative work, believing the best tattoos are created through trust and shared vision. He is especially known for cover-ups, restoration pieces, and military-inspired tattoos that honor service and legacy. Every piece is approached with care, creativity, and intention.

He continues his commitment to service as Secretary of the Board for the North Texas Veterans Business Council, supporting and uplifting veteran-owned businesses across the region.

Cameron’s greatest strength is his wife, best friend, and high school sweetheart, Stephanie. Together, they lead Old Souls Ink with a shared vision—blending excellence, integrity, and faith. What they’ve built is more than a studio; it’s a place where art, purpose, and calling come together to leave a lasting impact.
